Your Role

Are you able to design websites that are easy to understand, navigate and use, and adhere to design standards and specifications? Do you enjoy working in a passionate, international team, aimed towards success? You’re able to self-manage the entire process of designing a website from scratch? Then we have the perfect position for you!

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Mailbutler, you will work across multiple teams: Primarily, you will work with our Product & Development team on further improving the user experience and the design of our Mailbutler product, which is available on different platforms and comes with a lot of UX/UI challenges! Moreover, you will work with our Marketing & Website Team to guide and help our customers to achieve their goals! You'll be working closely with our software developer, copywriters and marketers from within the team, and external freelancers to design the best possible product & website for our users.

On a day-to-day basis you’ll:

• Shaping the user experience and the user interface of our product
• Develop, iterate and implement holistically components for our design system
• Designing engaging and responsive website pages
• Testing and improving the design and user experience of our product and our websites
• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards
• Creating and modifying illustrations, screenshots and other graphics.
• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wireframes.
• Work with our software developers to deploy your designs.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience in designing products and websites
• In-depth knowledge of existing design guidelines, design systems and design principles
• Demonstrated ability to take projects from concept to launch
• Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography
• Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent time-management skills
• Proven ability to work autonomously and stay self-motivated
• Passion for creating high-quality websites and products
