    ABOUT THE JOB:

    • You will act as the liaison officer between the organization and its customers.

    • Have regular interactions with customers to gain and consolidate feedback in superior ways to satisfy, retain and attract more customers.

    • Have the knowledge, confidence and desire to positively resolve customer complaints with efficiency.

    • Responsible for the day-to-day operations at the Check-out counter

    • Collection of payment for goods and services from customers

    • Maintaining good order/cleanliness for your work area.

    • Attend to and assist customers on their enquiries

    • Self-motivated and have a desire to take on responsibility to do a good job

    • Energetic, friendly, pleasant with an out-going personality

    • Ready to explore the customer service aspect of the business.

    • Possess good communication skills and has an eye for detail

    • Service-oriented

    • Enjoys working together with others in a team in a fast paced environment

    • Able to support business on both weekends and public holidays

    • Helpful and cheerful and pleasant personality; enjoys meeting with people.
