If you already have an HND or foundation degree, this course will allow you to top it up to an honours degree with just one year of additional study. You’ll build on your all-round knowledge of business, adding a strong emphasis on hospitality and tourism management within a global context.

The course includes specialist modules that cover key issues for hospitality and tourism managers as well as the business of conferences, events and entertainment. There is also a module on international hospitality management, which will give you a wider perspective on operational practices and strategic decision making processes.

At the end of this course there are logical career paths into hospitality and tourism, both in the UK and around the world. Potential roles include events manager, restaurant manager, accommodation manager and tour manager.
