Architectural Technology brings together the disciplines of architectural design and construction technology – creating, planning and managing building projects that not only look aesthetically pleasing, but also incorporate sound structural, environmental and construction aspects within their design.

This course, currently accredited by the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) for the 2021/2022 intake, aims to prepare you to play a pivotal role in the construction industry – one of the world’s largest and most influential industries – as an architectural or building technologist.

Recent graduates have found employment with all levels of companies at national level, such as HOK and local companies such as IDP Partnership and Corstorphine and Wright, with many graduates finding positions all over the world.
