Led by Real Estate and Planning and the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) Centre, this programme helps to develop advanced financial skills and the ability to apply them in a real estate context. It is fully accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and recognised by the Institute of Financial Planning (IFP). Your learning will be globally relevant, with topics including real estate economics and investment, real estate finance, securities, f ixed income and equity investment and global real estate markets.
