Study topics such as human rights law, policy and practice, refugee law, law of  armed  conflict,  and  the  use  of  military  force. Graduates of this programme have gone on to work for international tribunals, international organisations, and leading law firms, in the UK and globally.

A postgraduate law degree can open doors to a wide range of employment areas, such as law firms and European and intergovernmental and non-governmental organisations (NGOs), as well as academia (with further postgraduate study), journalism and broadcasting, the civil service and other branches of public service.
