Learn how buildings work and how to put things right when they fail. Benefit from a thorough grounding in a range of subjects relevant to the building industry in your first two years. During your final year, you will develop the technical and practical skills needed for the inspection and analysis of buildings.
Undertake a building surveying project, including the survey of a building in need of repair and refurbishment, and then produce a client report with viable recommendations for proposed work.
