Taught by expert sociologists, this robustly academic social science course integrates global perspectives throughout the three years of study, providing a broader outlook and understanding of issues in society.

As well as benefiting from a huge breadth of subjects, which will give you a solid grounding in sociological concepts, theories and research, you’ll get to participate in inspiring seminars and lectures held by an exciting and eclectic mix of guest speakers. Most importantly though, you’ll have the distinct advantage of completing a 30-week or 20-day work placement, depending on whether you take the four- or three-year version of the course – giving you a professional skillset and crucial contacts, as well as making you more employable.
