This Certificate in Media and Communications course helps students build a solid foundation in media and communication including New Media.

 Upon completion of this course, students can progress to our Diploma in Media and Communications course, and thereafter, further their degree studies with a PSB Academy university partner of their choice (subject to the university’s entry requirements).

Learning Objectives

At the end of this course, students will be able to:

• Understand the fundamentals of media and communications, and
• Obtain relevant skills to a wide range of careers, and
• Develop a basic understanding of media production skills and their applications in production-related industries or creative departments, and
• Obtain basic communication skills to communicate ideas clearly and concisely

Applicants are required to provide evidence of completion of:

• Graduated from junior high school, completed grade 9 with GPA 7.0/10. Or
• Completed grade 10 with GPA 6.5/10. Or
• Completed grade 11 with GPA 6.0/10. Or
• An equivalent Degree (GCE ‘O’ level)
