CONSULTING MANAGEMENT

This specialisation is designed to meet the needs of professionals who wish to take up key roles as advisors, offer insights and solutions to improve organisational performance, and lead across a range of business verticals and functions. Using a modern learning approach that simulates the decision-making challenges that consultants face today, students gain practical experience in (1) the tools and techniques required to run consulting engagements and build a consulting practice, as well as (2) commonly-encountered client issues such as Digital Transformation, Post Merger Integration, and strategic tools such as Game Theory. Participants have an immersive experience consulting to a New Venture, addressing key aspects of running and growing a business, e.g. strategy, structure, systems, people, processes, marketing, finance, and more.

• Bachelor degree
• Working experience: 8 years (min) of full - time work experience in a single domain OR 3 years (min) of full - time work experience as a Consultant in a Consultancy firm OR GMAT Score of 700+ or CAT/ SPJAT score of 95 percentile and above 
• SP Jain Aptitude Test (SPJAT) (or GMAT, GRE, CAT)
