A Bachelor of Human Resource Management at The University of Notre Dame Australia offers a

By studying subjects such as Human Resource Development, Change Management, and Mediation and Dispute Resolution, you will develop the skills necessary to thrive in the business environment. As part of your degree, you will be required to undertake 150 hours of practical experience in the workplace – these placements are a significant preparation for your life after university.  Human Resource Management can be studied as stand-alone degree or as part of a Bachelor of Commerce. Graduates are accredited with the Australian Human Resources Institution and often gain employment in private enterprise, government agencies and the not-for-profit sector.
