With the skills and knowledge you’ll acquire, you can kick start your career in the industry. You will explore various design processes and learn everything about materials and finishes while also developing skills in residential and commercial design and decoration. Together with other students in the Design Studio, you’ll learn about the principles and trends of interior design and how they fit into the design process; you’ll explore issues of sustainability, and ways to design appropriately for a range of clients. You will test-run various design processes and collaborate on exciting projects based in the real world. The design work you produce throughout the course will contribute to your professional portfolio – to help you land serious work in this ever-exciting, always evolving creative industry. We’ve designed every aspect of this diploma course to give you realistic, practical experience, the most current theoretical knowledge, and insights into the diverse aspects of interior design and decoration today and into the future. You’ll graduate as an informed, cutting-edge designer with in-demand skills.
