The Graduate Certificate in Organisational Learning is designed for professionals who aim to build the human capital of their organisations to achieve its mission and strategic goals. It is of direct relevance to those individuals in leadership positions and human resources/organisational development roles.

The course seeks to provide you with the ability to analyse the existing learning and knowledge context for your own organisation, formulate strategies to develop and improve the organisational learning in their workplace, and harness organisational and individual knowledge to achieve strategic goals.

The program is offered by the College of Education, Psychology and Social Work and includes core and option topics from the Flinders College of Business, Government and Law. This gives you considerable flexibility in terms of your future study plans.

Applicants must normally hold an approved degree or equivalent qualification from an approved tertiary institution and have a minimum of two years’ relevant work experience within an organisation.
