How we engage with the world, in cultural, economic and political contexts is influenced heavily by the media. Direct your research into language, film, television, culture, social media or mass communication and develop an in-depth understanding of how these areas can dynamically shape people’s lives in a media-driven world.

Communication and media studies will prepare you for a career in public relations, communication policy, management, administration, arts and culture industries, media, teaching and community development. This degree will also serve as a pathway to further study such as a Master of Arts or Doctor of Philosophy.
