With our Bachelor of Business (Management and Human Resource Management) double major you'll learn how to coordinate people and resources for the benefit of a company, whilst also having the skills to motivate employees, interview, hire and train people and help workplaces be happier and more efficient. At FedUni, we believe in our students having the 'real-life' experience to back up their knowledge. You will undertake a practical placement, internship or project. You'll get first-hand insights into how companies work.

Studying a double major with Federation Business School gives you the option of further specialisation of your degree, making you more employable in the graduate market place. 

Industry Experience

Work Integrated Learning is a mandatory component of the program and can be undertaken in many formats including internships and placements.

Domestic students may apply for the Industry Placement Program (IPP) which offers up to 26 weeks of industry based experience. IPP students receive a scholarship payment of up to $15,000.
