PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION
The Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood and Primary) course is accredited by two professional bodies:
1. The NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accredits the course against the requirements of the Australian Institute of Teachers and School Leadership. This course is nationally accredited by NESA until 31 December 2019 and re-accreditation is pending.
2. The Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) accredits the course against the national quality standards for early childhood. ACECQA has re-accredited the course as an Early Childhood teaching qualification from 30 April 2019 onwards pending NESA re-accreditation.
