Established in 1993, the Australian Graduate School of Policing and Security, in which the Centre for Law and Justice is situated, is a national leader in research and education in law enforcement, emergency management and security. Courses span global issues, including international terrorism, intelligence analysis, transnational crime, fraud and financial crime, corruption, cyber-crime and natural disaster management. The school continues to grow through collaboration with law enforcement, regulators, universities, research bodies, private industry and emergency services providers in Australia and overseas.
