    THE ROLE

    The Examination Office at Macquarie University is seeking reliable Exam Supervisors, Readers and Scribes to assist in the conduct of examinations and exam support to students during peak exam periods in June and November.

    As a successful candidate you will assist the room supervisor to provide an adequate environment for students to take exams. Tasks may include room preparation, checking student IDs on entry, 1:1 scribing or reading sessions, escorting students to the bathroom and ensuring silence during the exams by monitoring the room and surrounding area. You will also monitor for misconduct during examinations and raise student queries with the Examination Office.

    With demonstrated organisation skills and an aptitude to create a calm environment for students, your ability and willingness to follow instruction will be key to your success in this role.
