    Creative Industries (Management and Enterprise) MSc has a strong and developing reputation as a business-focused programme situated within the creative industries.     The course enables you to understand how management and business operates within creative industry sectors. You’ll examine the distinctive working practices, business models, creative technologies and legal issues operate within the creative industries, giving you a toolkit of creative management and enterprise skills.

    The programme is located just a short walk away from Leicester’s Cultural Quarter, and has close working relationships with creative organisations in Leicester. Local creative workers and companies support the programme through lectures and talks, creative industry mentoring, setting live business problems and executive placements to boost your employability in the field. We also work with creative professionals remotely, offering insights from countries across the world.

    Based at DMU, the programme is unique in drawing on expertise from the university’s renowned design, performing arts and media schools, to provide option modules taught by academic experts in design management and marketing, creative technologies, and festivals and events so you can tailor your university experience to your own interests. These are supplemented by a range of social and volunteering programmes offered by DMU Local and the Students Union.
