You’ll focus on the strategic management of projects, programmes and portfolios, and develop a coherent framework for the discipline of project management. Study topics such as project management, design management, human resource management, construction contract law, real estate development: analysis and appraisal, and BIM. This programme is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Association for Project Management (APM).
