Engage with the principles, tools and techniques of financial and cost management from project inception through to design and construction. Develop an understanding of management principles underpinned by the legal and contractual aspects of project delivery, such as construction economics, accounting and contract law. This programme is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
