AU26 Master of Arts in Japanese Interpreting and Translation University of Queensland
This is a professional program providing training for students with very high levels of competence in the Japanese and English languages as specialised translators and conference interpreters. It covers four broad, interlinked areas of study: theoretical and practical training in interpreting techniques; theoretical and practical training in translation techniques; training in ancillary skills such as public speaking and job-specific research; and training in professional areas such as ethics and business skills.

Approved degree in any discipline with a GPA of 5; orBoth GCAJI with a GPA of 5 and GCAJT with a GPA of 5; or
GDipAJIT with a GPA of 5; and
Have completed the school's aptitude test in spoken and written Japanese and English to the standard set by the executive dean.
