• Complete coursework and a research project as you spend more than 1000 hours on supervised placements gathering valuable hands-on experience. You can also complete a rural, interstate or international placement in your final year.

In these sectors, graduates often work as advocates or negotiators and act for people who are facing discrimination, or for people who are unable to act for themselves. Many of our honours graduates also work in areas of policy development or research.

Some of our more experienced honours graduates work as CEOs of government and non-government organisations, policy officers, community development workers, international aid workers, family therapists, probation officers and juvenile justice workers.
