This industry-accredited degree focuses on developing critical writing, research and analytical abilities along with the technical skills required to be successful in this dynamic industry.
Throughout the degree, you'll gain a thorough understanding of the property specific skills along with the required economic, accounting, urban planning, financial and legal knowledge. You'll learn how to communicate effectively with other built environment professionals and develop your knowledge of related professions, such as project management, construction management and urban planning.

Professional recognition and accreditation
This degree is accredited by the Australian Property Institute (API) which has reciprocity agreements with countries like Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Malaysia and Singapore, and membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) which is recognised worldwide.
This degree provides the academic base required for membership to RICS. The API bodies also require applicants to have work experience, and meet other membership criteria to become certified practising valuers (CPV).
