If you want to develop your management expertise, the Master of Management will give you the tools to advance your management, decision-making and problem-solving skills so you can move into senior managerial positions.

The course covers changing and dynamic organisational environments, and is suitable for experienced professionals from a range of backgrounds, including government, community service and not-for-profit organisations as well as people with technical backgrounds in engineering and medicine, who are seeking career progression into management.

The course positions you to step beyond where you are now. You will broaden your knowledge of key management constructs and transform how you lead and manage.

Our curriculum and course structure is flexible, allowing you to tailor the course to your interests and career aspirations. You are able to study full or part time, and on or off campus.

Entry level 1 - 2 years

• An Australian bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, and a minimum of two years relevant employment; OR
• An Australian bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 70.

Entry level 2 - 1.5 years

• An Australian bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, in a cognate discipline and a minimum of two years relevant employment; OR
• An Australian bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, in a cognate discipline with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 70.

Entry level 3 - 1 year 

• An Australian bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, in a cognate discipline and a minimum of five years relevant employment; OR
• An Australian undergraduate honours degree, or an equivalent qualification, in a cognate discipline with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 70.
