Responsible business governance

Strong leadership and a positive business culture starts with a high standard of governance. An organisation's overarching objectives and strategy should take into consideration their environmental and social impact, and should carefully consider human rights and responsible business ethics. This specialisation focuses on the relationship between increasing globalisation and how responsible governance is applied in the evolving business environment. You will gain an understanding of best practice in domestic, regional and international trade, as well as corporate governance. You will also focus understanding business ethics, sustainability and human rights, and how they shift and evolve on a global scale.

Entry level 1 - 2 years full-time

• An Australian bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification, or an approved pathway and achieved a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 60 or an equivalent GPA as determined by the faculty. Applicants will be ranked and selected based on their entire academic record.

Entry level 2 - 1.5 years full-time

• An Australian undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in a cognate discipline with a WAM of at least 60, or qualification/experience or satisfactory substitute that the faculty considers to be equivalent; OR
• A four-year Australian undergraduate honours degree (or equivalent) with a WAM of at least 60, or qualification/experience or satisfactory substitute that the faculty considers to be equivalent.

Entry level 3 - 1 year full-time

• An Australian undergraduate degree (or equivalent) and an Australian graduate certificate (or equivalent) in a cognate discipline with a WAM of at least 60 in both qualifications, or qualification/experience or satisfactory substitute that the faculty considers to be equivalent; OR
• An Australian undergraduate honours degree (or equivalent) in a cognate discipline with a WAM of at least 60, or qualification/experience or satisfactory substitute that the faculty considers to be equivalent.
