Our graduate diplomas provide you with core knowledge in your chosen study area. You will develop specialist skills and knowledge, enhancing your career and enabling you to progress to a masters qualification. Based on our Master of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, but requiring fewer units of study, you will develop the skills to respond to the rapid changes reshaping local and international work practices.
